Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY To secure your appointment with HOA Studios, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer confirms your reserved time and will be applied toward your final service total. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid via e-transfer to houseofashabastudios@gmail.com. CANCELLATIONS We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded but may be eligible for rescheduling as outlined below. RESCHEDULING Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your original retainer will be applied to the new appointment. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking with a new retainer will be required. LATENESS & NO-SHOWS To ensure the best service experience, punctuality is important. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without providing at least 45 minutes’ advance notice will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled without refund. Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be provided. In the rare event that HOA Studios is more than 15 minutes late, you will be offered two options: 1. A full refund if you choose to cancel the appointment. 2. A rescheduled appointment at a later time that works for both parties, subject to availability. NO EXTRA GUESTS To maintain a calm and focused environment, please come to your appointment alone. NOTE: Any guests invited without prior notice will not be allowed to enter.
