Service Description
This service includes a neat braid down of your natural hair, full customization of the closure (bleaching and plucking for a natural hairline), and basic styling—either straightened or curled. Cancellation Policy
All frontal/closure wigs must be dropped off at least 72hrs before the appointment. I will be reaching out at the time of booking to arrange drop off. BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY To secure your appointment with HOA Studios, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer confirms your reserved time and will be applied toward your final service total. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid via e-transfer to houseofashabastudios@gmail.com. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded but may be eligible for rescheduling as outlined below. RESCHEDULING Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your original retainer will be applied to the new appointment. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking with a new retainer will be required. LATENESS & NO-SHOWS To ensure the best service experience, punctuality is important. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without providing at least 45 minutes’ advance notice will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled without refund. Clean Hair is Required Please arrive with clean, freshly washed hair that is free of buildup, oils, or product. This helps ensure the best results for your chosen style. NOTE: Dirty or unwashed hair will not be serviced. Hair Extensions For styles requiring extensions or wigs (e.g., sew-ins, ponytails), please ensure all extensions are 100% human hair. This guarantees a natural look and optimal styling results. Synthetic or human hair blend extensions will NOT be serviced. NO EXTRA GUESTS To maintain a calm and focused environment, please come to your appointment alone. NOTE: Any guests invited without prior notice will not be allowed to enter.
